The Man Behind The Red Beard
Al Mason grew up doing outdoor work alongside his family. He had a steady career, but he kept coming back to the idea of running his own crew and his own equipment. With his wife's encouragement he finally made the jump and started Red Beard's.
It began as Red Beards Lawn Care, mowing and cleaning up yards around Monument. The work grew into bigger land jobs and bigger machines, and through every winter, into plowing. Today Red Beard's is a snow removal company, and Al is still the one on the equipment.
