Snow Removal in Monument & the Tri‑Lakes Area
Driveways, walkways and parking lots, plowed by a family crew that lives here. Al Mason runs the trucks himself, and when a storm rolls off the Palmer Divide, you'll know who's coming and when.

Residential Snow Removal
Driveways plowed, walkways and steps shoveled, ice treated. Short suburban drives in Jackson Creek or long gravel runs out in Black Forest.
Commercial Snow Removal
Parking lots, entrances and sidewalks for shops, offices, churches and HOAs, cleared overnight so you open on time.
Ice Management
Plowing is half the job. Freeze-thaw turns a clean lot into a rink by morning, so we treat walkways and drive lanes too.
Need Trash Pickup?
Al also runs Red Beards Trash Co, weekly curbside trash collection across the Tri-Lakes area.
Commercial Lots, Cleared Before You Open
Most of our plowing happens in the dark, with the snow still coming down. By the time your first customer or congregation pulls in, the drive lanes are open, the entrances are clear and the walks are treated. Businesses, churches and HOAs across Monument and northern El Paso County get a set plan and a direct line to Al.

Why Neighbors Call Red Beard's
Snow removal is a trust business. You're handing someone your driveway at 4 a.m. and hoping they show. Our neighbors voted us Best of Nextdoor in 2023 and again in 2024, and showing up when we said we would is most of the reason.
The Owner Is On The Plow
Al Mason founded Red Beard's and still runs the equipment. The person you call is the person doing the work.
Equipment Sized For The Job
BOSS V-plow trucks for drives and lots, a Kubota track loader with a snow pusher for the deep stuff, and an Orec Snow Rhino tracked plow for sidewalks and walkways.
Straight Answers, Fair Prices
A free quote, a clear plan for your property, and a phone that gets answered when it's snowing sideways.
A Monument Family Business
Started With A Mower. Now It's Plows.
Red Beard's began as Al Mason's lawn care company, mowing and cleaning up yards around Monument. It grew into land work and then into what we do best when the snow flies. Al, his wife and their four kids live here too, so a cleared road matters to us for the same reasons it matters to you.

Driveway Snow Removal That Shows Up
A Colorado storm doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. We keep an eye on the forecast, plan routes before the first flake, and work through the night when it counts. Steep drive? Long gravel lane? Tight turnaround by the garage? Tell us when you call and we'll bring the right machine.

What Our Neighbors Say
Before the plows, Al spent years on Tri-Lakes yards as Red Beards Lawn Care. The reviews come from that work, and they all land on the same point: he shows up, does what he said, and charges a fair price.
Wow, I would highly recommend Red Beard Lawn Care. He did a great job. Reasonably priced, a real good professional job. He has all the equipment needed. I will always use his services!!! 5 Stars!!
Donaldnick Bowman Google I am very happy to have a company that is very responsive, reliable and does great work. They do my lawn maintenance for my rental and I am extremely happy with the work they are doing.
